Party after party

It was like I would have organized a surprise party for myself. My Mom and my friend Fatima was baking for two days, I was cutting out small flags and hearts from my postcards, Zsuzsa decorated the shop with them, we set the table, folded the napkins and than we were excited all day long.

And aroud five o’clock, people started to come, of course first the family than friends, former or new colleagues and later more and more new, unfamiliar faces, my customers, fans or just people who happent to wonder around. And all of them said so many nice things, that I will be able to draw inspiration from it for years. We planned to finish at 8. p.m., eventually we decided to exceed it a little bit but even after 9 o’clock new people were coming… I would like to thank everyone who came to celebrate with me. I was nice to meet you I enjoyed talking to you. And for those who wanted to come but finally could not (and therefore missed the green tea flavoured cookies and cardamon linzers of Fatima, just as well as the home made elderflower syrup of my Mom) I have some soothing words. This Friday, 22nd May, 2015 from 5 o’clock p.m. there will be a party again in Paloma, celebrating its first birthday. The designers of Paloma are looking forward to see you with several discounts and all of them prepares activities for fun and creation. In my shop my new paintings will be exhibited on the wall that were not presented to the public so far. Do not miss it!
